Vincent, a passionate pianist and producer, brings deep musical expertise, while Marie-Gaëlle enriches each project with her creative and strategic vision. Together, they build bridges between patrons and cultural institutions, offering customized experiences that celebrate and enhance musical heritage. Vincent Laissy
Artistic director
Vincent Laissy is a French pianist, composer, and musical director, trained at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris. As a producer and musical director, he created "Mozart au Paradis," a show blending music, texts, and narration to celebrate Mozart's joyful spirit. Co-founder of StudiOpéra with Élisabeth Navratil, he directs lyrical productions such as Haydn's "L'isola disabitata". He is also a member of the Trio Bagatelle, with whom he recorded Mozart's Piano Trios on the Paraty label. His work is distinguished by great artistic sensitivity and a commitment to making classical music accessible to a wide audience.
As the artistic director of Synopera, he brings a vibrant, poetic, and profoundly human vision of contemporary opera.

Marie-Gaëlle Verspecht
Production director
Marie-Gaëlle Verspecht is a Belgian multidisciplinary artist. In 2019, she founded the IOC Interdisciplinary Opera Creations collective, dedicated to building bridges between lyrical arts and various forms of expression. The collective's first works were presented in Canada and the United States. She collaborates with several companies in Canada, France, and Belgium, contributing her expertise in production and artistic development. Simultaneously, IOC has become a performing arts production and distribution office based in Brussels. In addition to her artistic activities, Marie-Gaëlle contributes to the production and promotion of live shows, working with cultural institutions in Canada and Belgium.
She currently holds the position of production director at Synopera Productions, where she utilizes her extensive experience.
